Following on from information from our US team they have let me know on recognising Fedfex had delivered to the wrong address that a replacement order was raised and delivered on the 6th March. I am pleased we were able to rectify the missing delivery for you.

The resolution required my continued follow-up - apparently the order would never have been reissued and delivered had I not followed up. Satisfied but not thrilled. Next time I will select a more reliable vendor.
