Thank you for your feedback, as stated on the product page, this towel is 540 Gsm. A Gsm between 300-400 usually makes for a thinner towel, whereas a Gsm of 400-600 is a plush. Thank you for your comments however, and we will look into this manner.

Was very disappointed. Towel was very soft, well made, good loop, but on the thin side.

I wish more of the UK stock was available on the US website. I also would like to be able to order wallpaper and fabric on the site.
