Hi Jonas. Sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service received. In looking at this, we have not yet past the clearly stipulated lead time for international deliveries. Your order was placed on the 27th March with 5-10 working days untracked delivery selected at the checkout. 10 working days would be the 10th April as weekends are not included in this so we feel that your feedback is premature, especially given the unprecedented circumstances we find ourselves in.
For international deliveries they do sometimes take a little longer than expected, and given this circumstance we would hope that you could have a little more patience for it to arrive and also remove your rather unfair reviews.
