Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry that your original order went astray. The Royal Mail are usually extremely reliable, unfortunately on the odd occasion an order can be delayed within their network or go missing. The Royal Mail will only allow us to claim for a parcel once the 10 days have passed as it is still possible for the parcel to be delivered within this time frame. Once this period has passed we'll always offer to send a replacement and I'm pleased to hear this reached you without any problems. I'm sure on your next order, as is the case with 99%, that it will arrive in a couple of days.
