I'm sorry to hear delivery of your order was slow, unfortunately at this time of year, there can be delays in the Royal Mail network due to the high volumes of parcels. From the 17th November, we have implemented an end to end delivery tracking service by the Royal Mail which will hopefully be more helpful on future orders.
