Hi Cara, my sincere apologies. I've taken a look and found the issue right away:
We're based in the UK and don't ship internationally, but it looks like the shipping street address was abroad, possibly in the USA?
We did refund the order right away, however, via Stripe. Can you let me know if this didn't come through? I'm guessing you didn't get the refund notification email?
I'm sorry we weren't able to fulfil the order, we would love to sell internationally but it's just to expensive to ship pet food that far.
