Thank you for your feedback. We took into account the feedback of our Cycle Insurance policyholders when it came to their first renewal and the feedback that we have also received from our longer-running Camera Insurance policyholders. The majority consensus was that policyholders found the manual renewal process time-consuming, a number of policyholders also aired concern that they might forget if, say, they were away on holiday when their Renewal was due. Rather than leave our Customers without cover, we took the decision to build-in the ‘auto renewal option’. Further to the application’s declaration, we confirm that you may cancel the auto renewal option at any time by simply contacting us at customer.service@eversure.com . A number of policyholders have done this already with ease, we have made no barriers. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like the auto renewal option cancelled with your policy. As many photographers regularly add to their equipment or upgrade, we made the decision not to charge Administration Fees for changes and we only charge a pro rata premium for any increases in the Sum Insured.
