Dear Customer, As per our recent communication, we have contacted you to clarify your concern. The review here is not for the order & product against which you have left it. You meant to leave it against your first order for a different product. Although the words sue d are in plural sense but there was only one product over which you expressed an issue. However, the Melolin dressing over which you have a concern was ordered again but with a different size of Inadine dressings as you ordered a wrong size earlier. Secondly, you have not contacted us before or after the order and did not even raise a return request. The order has been returned after this review and well over 14 days after delivery and without raising a return request. We have anyway accepted the return and already made the refund. Thirdly, the issue you have mentioned is 'Inadequate product description' although the note sent with the return is contradicting to this. Your concern is that Melolin dressing does not have a adhesive border! It surely does not have an adhesive border because the description does not state that it will an adhesive border. The bandages and medical tapes are there for securing the dressings. If a particular dressing does have an adhesive border, it will be out of the norm extra feature and stated in its description. The product descriptions have to be to the point, relevant and brief. It can only state what a particular product does include and NOT what it does not include. Stating what a product does not include will mean the description are going to be never ending and thus looking at them will always mean ' Inadequate Product Description'. I would request you to only expect what it states in the product description or if you are unsure please contact us. If it does not state something in the description then it is best to assume absence of that particular feature, if at all anything has to be assumed. with regards Four Square Healthcare
