It took me a while to get to grips with putting the bra on, a video demo of a model putting the bra on would have been helpful, but once I got the hang of it, the bra was great.

Bulky and not really necessary. As the sticky backs are recommended to be protected with plastic as it is, they can be added into a bra drawer with other bras.
