For returns from overseas, we always advise customers to mark the parcel as returned goods so that they do not incur any charges and avoid delays in customs. It is the customer's responsibility to return the items back to us when you purchase overseas. There is no way we can track the items on your behalf as we do not have any tracking information when you are responsible for sending the items back to us. The charges are being levied by customs, not us. We cannot be responsible for paying customs charges due to an oversight to mark the parcel "returned goods".
