Thank you for your feedback, we take your comments very seriously and have passed your comments regarding the Royal Classique boat model you were on to the Castelnaudary and Portcassafieres base teams so that future clients do not encounter the same discomfort.

Regarding the Canal Du Midi Guide, we have been working very hard over the past few years to create a comprehensive guide to the Canal Du Midi and have recently launched this document. We are sincerely sorry that this was not available for your holiday.

You can find the guide here for future reference: http://www.leboat.com.au/brochure-request. In the future, we will be sending these guides out to CDM clients prior to their holiday and we also intend to create similar guides for our other destinations.

There where some minor complaints. Refrigerator door would not close properly and seal needed replacement. Latch on aft cabin toilet door faulty. Repairs needed to starboard bow.
