Thanks for your feedback and I'm incredibly sorry to hear you received a faulty item. We do quality check all items personally, but very very occasionally something may get missed and it's possible since this was on the underside that it wasn't spotted, or that it was damaged in transit. So I'm very so sorry about that.

If contacted regarding an issue like this, we will always send a free returns label to return the item at our cost, or offer an alternative solution. I can see that you haven't contacted us at all about this, so I will drop you an email now to offer a resolution. My sincerest apologies again.

Thanks for your feedback and I'm incredibly sorry to hear you received a faulty item. We do quality check all items upon receipt, however we're unable to physically put together every item of flat pack furniture prior to despatch, doing so could cause slight chips in the paint etc. - this is standard practice for retailers. That said it is incredibly rare that that this situation ever occurs,
