We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service provided by Perfect Weddings Abroad. It certainly isn’t how we want our customers to feel and we take all feedback very seriously. We have had a look into your profile and can see we made every effort to secure your wedding date however the requested dates were unavailable so we suggested an alternative date or a full refund to which you agreed to go with the alternative date. However, after the weekend we then received a message to cancel. At this point, the venue had already been confirmed and we have to pay a deposit to our in-resort wedding coordinator in order to secure the date so we were unable to refund the £500 deposit. With regards to further money being taken from the account, we sincerely apologise for this as this should not have been taken and refunded the amount as quickly as we possibly could (3-5 working days).
