Jill is a brilliant teacher who does all the exercises with the class and talks us through the breathing. There is always a wide variety of stretches too.

This is a brilliant Class, taught by a brilliant teacher. Everything is explained in detail and reasons given as to why and what muscles, joints are benefitting. Couldn't ask more of a teacher.

I like that there are new exercises/challenges set every week so that is no chance of getting board. Great knowledge and expertise!
