Hi, I've just looked into your order now for you. An order was placed for our most popular engineered flooring 'Antique White Oak', on the 2nd of August. On processing your order on the 3rd of August we called but couldn't get through, we left a voicemail and an email update. The flooring was not out of stock but rather stored in another warehouse, we explained that it would take us till the following week before we could dispatch this due to this delay.
We had a reply asking which day you would receive this flooring, and no request for cancellation. The following Tuesday (10th) we shipped the flooring as planned.
This was then placed on a van on Wednesday the 11th for delivery as scheduled, and a return on the goods was arranged on the 17th of August.
A refund has been processed accordingly
