Unfortunately Harbour Oak is one of our most popular floors, we have around 5 floors out of over 160+ that are in this position, on the website before choosing your delivery date, there is a note explaining this product is due with in 2-3 weeks. You have by passed this information and chosen a delivery date. We then called you on the 22nd March on the same day of purchase. Your phone number rung out and did not have a voicemail facility to leave a message. If you check your spam or junk mail, you will find we had emailed you to offer a refund, and alternative
product, or asked if you would like to wait on the goods coming in?
You called us back on the 25th March, and we refunded this order as you requested. There is only so much we can do, in regards to communication, if no one answers the call and there is no answer phone to leave a message, or no reply to emails.
