Customer service as it should be. I cannot fault the staff of Great Escapes, nothing is too much trouble for them in making our reservations.

My wife and I have just returned from another fabulous three day break in the most beautiful chateau in Le Wast. G.E. are a company who really know about customer service. They have been arranging short breaks for us now for many years and I would hesitate to go anywhere else. How can you improve on perfection. We'll be back later in the year for another. Can't wait. Thanks go to the entire team.

Thanks for your great comments. Whilst we English enjoy being able to make a cup of tea on holiday, unfortunately tea making facilities are not seen as a necessity in French hotels!

Great Escapes offer quality great value short breaks in Europe. I have found the staff very helpful offering good advice over the phone, and their hotels and locations in general have been excellent.
