Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, the wait was due to a parts delay on the Continent but we worked very closely with Suzuki UK to obtain the parts as soon as we possibly could. We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with the repairs to your vehicle. We have therefore now escalated this to our customer experience team who will be in touch with you shortly to ensure your vehicle is repaired correctly as soon as possible.
They dealt with my claim very efficiently whilst keeping me informed on a regular basis as to what was happening with the claim and repair of my vehicle.
