the package was in very bad shape an old cardboard very unprofessionally packed i would have expected a plastic box with some protection plastic inside for the tool protection thank you Stefan

Hi Stefan, We do our best to reuse packaging where appropriate to save on waste and do our bit for the environment. We have a WEEE policy in place to responsibly dispose / re-use waste and do our bit. We appreciate the feedback and will pass this on to the warehouse staff so they are aware of your comment.

Very disappointed.The package had been previously opened and sealed with blue sticky tape. The package should have contained a filter which was missing. This order had obviously been returned before.

My utmost apologies for the mix up with customer services. Our new site had only been live a couple of weeks and the VAT exemption checkout was still in development. I'm really sorry that this hindered your experience and hope to make up for it in the future.

After my first bad review, all get sorted they send me a replacement order and also my VAT refund, it is sad I let this get to this point, but on the end the deal probably with this situation and i love the hikoki pun gun best thing ever did game change. Definitely will use trade counter on the future, thanks for everything.

Very helpful and a competitive price. I spoke to a very helpful lady in the office when I enquired as to stick and delivery .
