Ordered 1 week ago. Despite being meant to be delivered in two days, the item has not been received yet. Emailed TCD, but there no reply. I'm not pleased with the service.

Would have been better if there was someone on the end of the phone to answer pre and post sales queries. Saying that, the product arrived nearly on time, just 1 day late.
