Dear Customer, We are sorry to hear this spoilt your holiday. You did phone the office within the first few days of your holiday complaining about the smell and were advised to get a pump out and we would reimburse you, which would of resolved the problem.

We were not advised about reimbursement of the pump out. Nonetheless, we did not find a pump out station enroute.
