Yes very easy and emails were answered quickly. We was allowed the boat earlier because it was ready and were shown how to traverse the first 2 locks .

Very nice boat. Very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Quite engine with plenty of room at the stern. We both slept very well in separate bunks as they were very comfortable.
