Hi John, I am very sorry to hear that, I can see from our system that it was dispatched however I can see on the Hermes tracking system there has been no follow up tracking I am unsure if there has been an issue within the Hermes depot. I will have a fresh order sent out today for you and that should be with you by Wednesday. If the other arrives with you please feel free to keep it. I will raise an investigation to our Hermes account manager as to why you have not received your parcel as of yet. On behalf of Discount Coffee, we are very sorry to hear about this issue and we hope that the replacement sent out today will arrive safely with you asap. Thank you :)
