Hi there, I am sorry to hear you have not received your order. It was dispatched according to ur system last week so I am unsure as to why you have not received it. As it is a liquid it is possible it has been damaged and disposed of during transport. We always try our best to protect liquid products as much as possible. I will contact Hermes and launch a full investigation into where your order is. I will also have a replacement sent out to you asap. I apologise for the issues with your order I will have this sorted for you asap. :)

Hi there, I am very sorry to hear that, I can see from our system that it was dispatched however I can see on the Hermes tracking system there has been no follow up tracking I am unsure if there has been an issue within the Hermes depot. I will have a fresh order sent out today for you and that should be with you by Wednesday. If the other arrives with you please feel free to keep it. I will raise an investigation to our Hermes account manager as to why you have not received your parcel as of yet. The coffee took longer than expected which led to a delay in your order.
