Hi Colin, I am very sorry to hear about the service you received from Hermes. To date, we have had very few issues with them as a provider for delivery. We of course take this very seriously and we do not want our courier partners to tarnish our customer service rating in which we work so hard for. I have sent your individual case over to our Hermes account manager who will be able to see who the driver was and take the appropriate action. We always ensure that customer notes are well marked and clear for the drivers however sometimes the drivers do ignore these requests which I agree is unacceptable. We of course take your feedback on board for the future of our partnership with Hermes and we do also work with dpd as another courier partner of choice to provide choice to our customers. I do not want you to be left feeling disappointed by the service we provide and therefore I wish to offer you a free delivery code for your next order with us. This code will be emailed to you today. We thank you for your custom with us, we apologies for the issues with Hermes and I have taken them up with our account manager for a full investigation. Please take care:)
