We are also looking for new courier solutions to make deliveries to the continent faster, easier and hopefully, the deliveries will arrive in better condition. Hi Alan, I am really sorry to hear about your late delivery. We always endeavour to get orders to our customers as soon as we possibly can. In this instance, I can see it had left our depot on time so the delay was caused at Hermes during the delivery process. According to the tracking 'a major event slowed them down' and therefore the parcel was delayed. However, I believe the order was delivered this morning by Hermes to your address. As a customer of Discount Coffee, I will be contacting our Hermes account manager and will ask for clarification on the major event which caused your parcel to be delayed and I'll be asked for reassurances that this will not happen again.
