I am very sorry you feel there are parts of the mural which are out of focus.
After investigation into this matter, I was able to locate an email thread between yourself and our design team which outline these areas. Every order placed must undergo a strict quality checking process and the team ensured you were aware of the softer areas in the background before proceeding to print, to which you approved and were happy to go ahead.
Please be aware, some images have been intentionally designed so that some areas closer to the foreground are more defined than other in the background - just like in a photo.
Unfortunately, I was not able to locate any further contact from you regarding your dissatisfaction with the mural, after you had received it, therefore, we have not had the opportunity to assist with this matter.
As stated on our website, we ask all customers to carefully check their murals and to alert us to any issues or concerns you may have, prior to installation, in case you need to return it to us for inspection.
