Hi, 

We are very sorry that you haven’t received your parcel which was dispatched on time from Wallsauce. Unfortunately, the wrong address was supplied to us by the person making the order and we weren’t notified by you that your parcel had not been received until over three weeks after the shipping company (TNT/FedEX) had confirmed in their system that delivery was made. Our team has been working very hard with you in order to try and locate the missing parcel and we last updated you on the situation yesterday. We are also very sorry that the courier did not appear to obtain a signature on delivery as is normal practice and are investigating this matter with them. We understand that this must be frustrating for you and appreciate your patience. We will update you as soon as we have more answers.
