Thank you for your review, I am sorry you were disappointed with your inventory and website experience, 2 copies of the inventory have since been hand delivered and if you would please forward a copy to ourselves once completed to understand which areas the lighting and sockets were not working, as the inventory has confirmation that light switches and bulbs were working at the inspection, this further feedback would be useful for me to address with the clerks in the future and assess what has gone wrong in this situation as the property had a full rewire prior to your occupation.
