I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our customer service. I have personally managed your property throughout the process of Bannisters/Alexander and Co and can confirm that we have not changed as a business, this was a re-brand of name, but the staff have remained the same.
As the tenancy agreement is a fixed term this is legally bound by both parties and an early termination is only at the discretion of your landlord as there is no break clause in the contract. However we have advised we were happy to talk toyour landlordon your behalf if your circumstances changed but haven't had a response from you.
