Lovely quiet park very well kept. Can't speak for facilities as stayed in a platinum static so didn't use shower/toilet block.

I am so sorry to hear about your bad experience at Atlantic Coast Holiday Park and the upset and inconvenience it caused you during your stay. The park is now under new management and have new team members, your feedback will be passed on to all of our team to ensure that these circumstances can be avoided in the future. Our Access Plus caravan is very popular and booked for almost the whole of the time the park is open, we will endeavour to monitor any works throughout the year that may be necessary on the caravan. Thank you for informing us, we do hope that you will visit us again in the near future, we offer a 5% loyalty discount to guests who return to our park within 12 months. Melissa Hudson - Manager

The staff were polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions were answered quickly. The park itself was very well kept, clean and tidy. Very quiet even though there were children
