Firstly we apologise for the delay in replying to your feedback. Secondly, we are so sorry that your stay with Atlantic Coast was disappointing but do appreciate your feedback so that we can ensure this does not happen again. Our park is under new management with plans to work hard on the park and caravans during our January and February closure. We are also working on a new welcome pack and we will endeavour to ensure any early arrivals are greeted in a welcoming and friendly manner, our visitors have a long journey to arrive in Hayle, we think it is important that this is taken into consideration. It's great place to camping, clean an organised we really like it, nice place for a family and also beautiful ways to go to the beach. I do recommend it!
