Hi Scott, we sent this vehicle to our trusted garage back in March for you, where they initially diagnosed no issue, but performed a service on your gearbox as a precaution. After the vehicle was returned, you still stated issues with the gearbox. We once again had your vehicle in, taking it to Hyundai Bridgend (Main Dealer), who performed a diagnostic and found no issues with your gearbox. Unfortunately, unless the problem is present, we can't repair it. Please do let us know if your issue returns, and we'll see what we can do.
