Hello Rowan, and thanks for your feedback. If a vehicle is not supplied with a spare wheel, unfortunately, we are unable to provide one. In order to mitigate the issue somewhat, we do ensure all vehicles without a spare wheel come with a puncture repair kit as part of the 128-point AA inspection. Regarding the windscreen, we will be sure to thoroughly investigate this issue and shall be in touch soon.
