Efficient friendly service,and very kindly sent in post promptly an item I had left in part exchange car. The only thing I would have liked was a better valet finish.

Thank you for the literature which arrived today. Two days after the one I bought on Ebay because I had had no response from you. I have had emails from both Kim Geewing and George so they both have my email address. Neither of them had answered my last emails to them. You should also have both my home phone number and my mobile number on record. It appears that the fact that a replacement key costs over £300 from Audi is the reason they no longer wanted to reply to my emails. This problem is still not sorted.
