Hi, I cannot unfortunately rate the service as such because my package has been lost and I never received it. Seems that royal mail left the package outside of the doors and someone took it.

Royal Mail had an issue with their tracking site but the tracking details were shared with you as soon as possible and your order is noted as delivered.
