Thank you for taking the time to share a review. Please can you be a little more specific on your comment. The product you have reviewed was included free of charge with your order and I'm unsure how this can be classed as poor service.

These were paid for samples. You charge a high price for small samples.

Purchased a gift but they placed it in with another family members order. Ruined the gift surprise. Orders were placed separate.

Once again we apologise for this misunderstanding. As both orders were placed using he same email address the automation linked them together. I know you have already had a conversation with my colleague regarding this and we are sorry that there was no surprise when receiving your gift. Using separate contact information will avoid this happening again another time.

Different contact information was used. Different e mail Different name Different payment method. Ref recent phone order have asked for swan points. E mail and messenger read and ignored.
