Hi Kevin, thanks for your feedback. I’m really glad that you had a good experience with us overall but am really sorry that there were elements of the cruise that did not meet your expectations. It’s disappointing if the air cooling system were not up to standard during your cruise - I would have hoped we were able to resolve these issues when they were brought to our attention locally.
