Thank you for your feedback. We have taken action on the matter to get it resolved and the operations teams are busy working on upgrading the electrical system on the Vision. We are sorry that the air conditioning was not as effective as you had hoped, it was certainly an exceptionally hot summer in several destinations which made for sunny cruising but some warm evenings.   We always take feedback on board as it is the best way to ensure we are delivering an excellent service to our customers.
