Thanks for your feedback and for your time on the phone today.

As discussed, the customer service agent you spoke to was in training and apologies you were given incorrect information at the time. I can confirm both of your bookings are confirmed and your balances have been fully paid. I've resent your booking confirmations which will confirm your travel details and can be used to check-in for both your outward and return sailings.

I understand this would have caused considerable stress and apologies for the inconvenience caused.

We value and appreciate your feedback and hope you have a great holiday.

I had a problem with my booking which meant that I was not booked on my ferry I spoke to Darrel from Manx ferries who sorted out my booking and restored it He was a pleasure to deal with and an asset to Manx Ferries with his professionalism and knowledge of how the company works Thanks to him I am now completing a return journey to the island which I last visited 45 years ago with my Dad, who has since deceased, to complete a dream of riding on the TT course on his bike in his honour Once again thanks Darrel for sorting me out regards A VERY happy customer Roy Kendrick
