As discussed, a large portion of accommodation providers on the Isle of Man are not able to have direct links with suppliers which enable us to show live availability. The link costs do not make it commercially viable to set up with each supplier.
On the back of your feedback, we have added the following to our acknowledgement email 'If your reservation includes accommodation or ancillary products, please note that in many cases we have to request this through the accommodation provider or event organiser before we can confirm your booking. Should your selected arrangements be unavailable, we will of course contact you as soon as possible to offer alternatives.”
