Friendly staff and helpful only disappoint us that you still get reminders and mail from creditors

When working out my payment they didn't take into consideration what job center deducted off money so don't get as much as we worked out

We have tried to get hold of you to explain that with the solution you opted for, the deductions from the job centre would stop and this would be added back on to your income again, and the outstanding balance would be added on to your debt solution.
