I would have given 0 if possible! I am now in more debt than when I approached them! I had to chase them for 1 and half months to get any kind of response only to be told that my IVA has been reject

Unfortunately, whilst we only propose arrangements we think will be accepted, on occasion creditors will decide to reject the offer meaning we are unable to proceed, which happened in your case. We understand this is and was frustrating, but once the IVA was rejected, we processed the refund for you.
