It took almost 2 hours but both members of staff were amazing and stayed untill I sorted it all with them including documentation. I already feel like a massive weight has been lifted.

Everyone I've spoken to has been very kind and patient. There's a lot of information to take in and a lot to go through, but they make sure to put you at ease and explain everything clearly.
