Firstly, I am so sorry to hear that you feel part of this product is not up to a high standard. As a retailer of high-end products and brands, we expect all of our items to meet this high standard, so we cannot apologise enough that you feel this has not been met this time.

We always encourage our customers to contact us if you feel a product is not suitable or inadequate in any way and we will do our absolute best to resolve any issues for you, as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We work very closely with our brands to ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality to prevent any problems with orders. We will be sure to pass on your important feedback to the brand so that they are aware of this.

Regarding delivery, I can see your estimated delivery date was 4th December to 11th December and was delivered to you on the 10th of December. This estimated date allows us time to receive your item in from the brand, carefully package it and ship it out to you.
We do clearly state all lead times on our website for your reference, before placing your order and once again upon order confirmation.
