Firstly, I am so sorry to hear that you have received your item and it is incorrect.
We do try our absolute best to ensure that all orders received are correct, however, there may have been a mistake here.

In the unlikely event that an item is received, and it is incorrect or faulty. We kindly ask for you to get in touch by phone, email or online chat, so that we aware of the issue and we will endeavour to resolve this for you, to minimise any further inconvenience.

Regarding delivery, I can see your estimated delivery date was 25th October to 1st November and your item was delivered on the 2nd of November. Although we do try our hardest to get every order delivered within the estimated lead time, occasionally circumstances occur outside of our control meaning your order could be slightly delayed, and for this please accept our sincerest apologies.

As a retailer of high-end products and a variety of delivery options, it is really important to us that we are able to exceed your expectations, so we cannot apologise enough for not being able to do so.
