The day after I ordered my lamps on line there was a 15% off sale. I called Naken to ask for the discount seeing as I hadn’t even received my expensive purchase and they no that wouldn’t be possible.

Firstly, I am really so sorry to hear of your disappointment after placing your order, as an online retailer of over 16,000 products ensuring that all of our policies and details regarding any promotions are as clear as possible, and this is extremely important to us.
We do encourage all of our customers to ensure they read these carefully to avoid any disappointment.

Just to clarify our previous communication with you, your order was placed on the 8th of September. You emailed us on the 15th of September to advise you would like this discount to be applied to your order. Our promotion then ended on the 16th of September, and we then responded to your email on Monday the 17th of September, as we are not open on weekends and by this time the promotion had ended.

As mentioned on the Newsletter of our promotion, this limited time sale, only applied to the items purchased throughout the specific time frame. We do not apply sale prices to any previous orders and it is our legal right to do so.

As an online retailer we really do understand the importance of ensuring that all of our policies are displayed as clearly as possible, so we do everything we can to make these transparent. I am pleased to see you were able to use the 10% off your first order discount, which we are happy to give to all of our customers when they first shop with us.

Regarding the Floor Lamp itself, we really do pride ourselves on offering a wide range of high-quality products so once again I am really sorry to hear that you have struggled when assembling your item. We’re always looking for ways to improve our customers' experiences, so I will be sure to pass on your product feedback for further review.

In addition, we are able to provide details of assembly for items before purchase if this is needed, so in the future if we can be of any assistance regarding this, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with our dedicated customer service team who will always try and go above and beyond to assist in any way possible.
