The product quality was great but the samples provided didn't show the pattern well -- it was a poor cut of the wallpaper.

I am so glad to hear you are happy with the quality of your wallpaper samples. With work very closely with our brands to make sure that all of our products are of the highest quality to exceed our customers' expectations every time. So I am delighted to hear you found this to be great.

In addition, I am so very sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the pattern upon receiving your wallpaper samples. Samples of wallpaper are sent to us by the Brands themselves. Therefore we do not have control of the exact print of each A4 Sample. These do vary from each sample to sample depending on the print of the wallpaper.

However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and our aim is to ensure every customer is delighted with their order. We do ask all customers to contact us upon receiving their order, no matter how big or small. To advise us if they feel it is incorrect or of bad quality. We ask this, so that any issues can be rectified quickly and efficiently to be sure that we keep up our high standards of customer service and to avoid any disappointment.

Please accept our sincere apologies that you feel we have let you down with this order and hope that when you return we can go above and beyond for you to restore your faith with Naken.

Very quick turn around from placing the online order to delivery. The items were well packaged so no damages and tables are fab. Much better quality than I was expecting, I love them!
