Firstly, I am so sorry to hear of your disappointment with your order of the Poke Mirror. As an online retailer of high-quality products we do really hope to exceed our customers' expectations on both value and quality, so I deeply apologise that we have not done so this time.
Regarding the mirror itself, we do state the weight of the mirror on our website, so, unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for the issue that it is not suitable to be hung on your wall due to this.
At Naken, we really do pride ourselves on offering options to our customers in relation to returning their items. However, we do ask that all the packaging must be kept before you're sure you are fully satisfied with your item, as we are unable to accept any returns, that cannot be sent back to us, in the same condition we sent to you. This includes the product box. As an online retailer we do endeavour to make all of our policies regarding returns as clear and easy to find as possible. So once again I do apologise if you feel these weren’t clear enough for you.
Customer service is of utmost importance to us, so we will pass on all feedback we have received for review, and to ensure if any details and policies need to be amended.
