Good evening Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to read about this issue, especially that the engineer wasn't able to attend until the Monday of your holiday and then needed to order the parts. We would have been more than happy to provide more portable heaters had we known you didn't want to use the log burner. Kind regards National Trust Holidays
